1. Are you licensed? We are a licensed contractor registered in the State of Maryland, MHIC 94623
expires 04/2011. In addition, we carry a real estate brokerage license, this allows us to be a full
service company for all your contracting and real estate needs.
2. Do you carry general liability insurance? We are bonded and carry $3,000,000 in liability coverage.
3. Do you guarantee your work? Yes, all work is guaranteed for up to 90 days.
4. Will you provide me with references? References will be provided upon request.
5. How do you handle "dirty work"? We will make every effort to keep the dust contained to the work area and cover furnishings.
6. Do you work on multiple jobs at the same time? No, we will not start a new project until our current commitment is completed.
7. Which jobs are subbed out? HVAC and large plumbing projects; for example sewage lines, boiler removal. We make sure all
sub-contractors are licensed and carry general liability insurance.
8. What size projects do you work on? From painting a room to building a custom home.
9. With whom will I be working with on the jobsite? You will work directly with a UNEQUALED DESIGNS representative.
10. How long have you been in business? This is our 8th year in business.
11. Do you charge a fee to come out to our home or business? Yes, we charge $25.00 for small projects, such as painting and
tiling projects. $50.00 for remodeling and 203k projects that require detailed proposals.
